Tables will be set up in our meeting room with kids clothes and shoes, maternity clothes, and toys for you to look through. This will be a fun day of socializing and “shopping.” Hopefully, we will all find items we need! If you have items you would still like to donate, feel free to bring them this Thursday. Our tables will be sorted by size, so if you can sort your items ahead of time we can easily add to the tables. Can’t wait to see you all there as we look forward to a great meeting of fun and fellowship! Here’s another update for our vendor list.

I’m so sorry this one wasn’t updated last week. We’ve had some sickness, a computer virus, and a birthday in our household! I’m sure you can all relate. – Heather Guess what? We only have a few more 10×10 spots left at $25 – the rest will be 5×10 for $20.

Due to feedback from last year, we are NOT planning on using The Garage. It was just too cold and getting temporary heating and lighting for our event wasn’t within our budget. We have created a for our Holiday Bazaar. Please click over to RSVP for the event AND share it with as many of your contacts as you feel comfortable with.

You can share it with potential vendors OR people you think will want to attend for the shopping! Are you getting excited?! Our Holiday Bazaar is a major fundraiser for Northern Hills MOPS. It helps us pay our MOPPETS workers, do crafts and more importantly fund our scholarship program. We don’t want to turn down any mom who wants to be in MOPS and this is one way we help these moms! Remember, the ONLY way to lock-in your spot at the Bazaar is our approval of your application AND check/payment.

It is first-come, first-served (so sadly, there will be some vendors who are put on a waiting list and eventually declined). There’s only one rep per company – no duplicates.

October 16 is our Kids Clothing Swap and Share! We’ve decided to expand our swap and share to include: kids clothes and shoes (all sizes), maternity clothes, and toys. Our clothing swap is intended to be a blessing to all our families as we swap out clothes and toys – just in time for the holidays! If you have items to donate, please bring them to our next Mops meeting (October 2). If you have items to donate before or after that, just shoot us an email at: northernhillsmops@gmail.com. All items left over will be given to A Precious Child, benefiting families in need. Lastly, I know we all deal with mountains of clothes and toys on a daily basis.
